God is good....

Hi Family and Friends!

We received WONDERFUL news from Mia's neurologist on the 16th that is a HUGE answer to prayers. Her most recent EEG came back clear which means there is no more seizure and or/seizure like activity occurring in her brain! We get to wean her off the anti-seizure medicine now and hopefully this will be end of that struggle in her little life. We will continue to watch and follow up with the neurologist but this is a wonderful step in the right direction. Thank you all for your prayers and support throughout this journey of ours!

We love you!

6 months..

6 months ago the most precious miracle occurred and my life was forever changed.
6 months ago I learned what it meant to watch your heart beat outside your body.
6 months ago my heart grew bigger than I ever imagined possible.
6 months ago "Grace" became more real to me.
6 months ago fear became scarier than ever before.
6 months ago I realized how little the small stuff really matters.
6 months ago my beautiful daughter arrived and I am forever changed.

Happy 1/2 Birthday Mia Grace

Wonderful husband of mine...

I am reminded more and more each day how blessed I am to have a husband who has the heart to stay home and take care of our precious Mia. There are not many men out there who are both willing and fully capable and he is both.

As I watch him care for Mia each day my love for him grows deeper and stronger. I know I don't tell him or show him enough but I feel it.

He truly exemplifies the love of Christ expressed through his servant heart.

Thank you Daniel.
